These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Final Call (the "Service"), operated as a sole proprietorship. By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.
Final Call provides sports score projections, statistical projections, and related content ("Content") for entertainment and informational purposes only. Free accounts receive score projections and past-results tracking. Paid "Pro" subscribers additionally receive access to player prop suggestions and other premium Content.
Nothing on Final Call constitutes professional betting or gambling advice, financial advice, or a guarantee of any outcome. Content is generated from publicly available sportsbook lines and statistical models, and may be inaccurate, delayed, or incomplete. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on Content, including any wagers you place. Final Call is not a sportsbook, is not affiliated with any sportsbook, and does not accept, process, or facilitate wagers.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. If you intend to use Content in connection with sports wagering, you are solely responsible for confirming that doing so is legal in your jurisdiction and that you meet any applicable legal gambling age requirement, which may be higher than 18 in some places.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of access to your account (via the email address used for sign-in) and for all activity that occurs under your account.
The Service and all Content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Final Call does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Final Call and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to losses arising from wagers placed in reliance on Content, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Service operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
