These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Final Call (the "Service"), operated by MIA Global Sales LLC. By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.
Final Call provides daily sports picks ("Final Calls") built from sportsbook lines and statistical models, score projections, player prop suggestions, a public track record, and related content ("Content") for entertainment and informational purposes only. Each pick is either official, and counted in the public track record, or a "Free Play" shown for entertainment and not counted. Without a subscription you can see one unlocked pick per sport and the track record. Paid "Pro" subscribers receive all published Final Calls, prop suggestions, the daily parlay, and other premium Content. Picks are fixed when published and are not updated afterward.
Nothing on Final Call constitutes professional betting or gambling advice, financial advice, or a guarantee of any outcome. Content is generated from publicly available sportsbook lines and statistical models, and may be inaccurate, delayed, or incomplete. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on Content, including any wagers you place. Final Call is not a sportsbook, is not affiliated with any sportsbook, and does not accept, process, or facilitate wagers.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. If you intend to use Content in connection with sports wagering, you are solely responsible for confirming that doing so is legal in your jurisdiction and that you meet any applicable legal gambling age requirement, which may be higher than 18 in some places.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of access to your account (via the email address used for sign-in) and for all activity that occurs under your account.
The Service and all Content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Final Call does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Final Call and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to losses arising from wagers placed in reliance on Content, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Service operator is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
