This Privacy Policy explains what information Final Call collects, how it is used, and your choices regarding that information.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: the email address you provide to sign in. Sign-in is passwordless — we never see or store a password.
Payment information: if you subscribe to Pro, payment is handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe. Final Call never receives or stores your full card number; we retain only a subscription status and Stripe's internal customer/subscription identifiers.
Usage information: which sports and features you interact with, used only to operate and improve the Service.

2. How We Use Information

To create and maintain your account and authenticate sign-in.
To process subscription payments and determine access to Pro features.
To send you service-related communications (such as sign-in links or subscription status). We do not send marketing email unless you separately opt in.

3. Third-Party Services

Final Call relies on the following service providers, each of which processes limited data on our behalf under its own privacy policy:

Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
Vercel — website hosting and serverless functions.
The Odds API — supplies sports odds data used to generate Content; no personal information is shared with this provider.

4. Data Retention

We retain account and subscription information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for legal, tax, or dispute-resolution purposes.

5. Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the email below.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the "Manage subscription" link in your account.
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

6. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

7. Data Security

We rely on industry-standard security practices provided by our infrastructure partners (Supabase, Stripe, Vercel). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
