Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Final Call collects, how it is used, and your choices regarding that information.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: the email address you provide to sign in. Sign-in is passwordless — we never see or store a password.
Payment information: if you subscribe to Pro, payment is handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe. Final Call never receives or stores your full card number; we retain only a subscription status and Stripe's internal customer/subscription identifiers.
Usage information: which sports and features you interact with, used only to operate and improve the Service.
Analytics: we use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to measure page views and loading performance. These are privacy-focused and cookieless — they do not track you across other websites or build an advertising profile.

2. How We Use Information

To create and maintain your account and authenticate sign-in.
To process subscription payments and determine access to Pro features.
To send passwordless sign-in links and other service-related messages necessary to operate your account.
To send Pro subscribers a daily email summarizing that day's top picks. This is part of the Pro subscription rather than marketing, and every one of these emails includes a one-click unsubscribe link that stops the daily email without affecting your subscription.
We do not send promotional or third-party marketing email, and we never sell or rent your email address.

3. Third-Party Services

Final Call relies on the following service providers, each of which processes limited data on our behalf under its own privacy policy:

Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
Vercel — website hosting, serverless functions, and cookieless analytics.
Resend — email delivery for messages sent by Final Call, including the daily picks email and certain operational or service notifications.
The Odds API — supplies sports odds data used to generate Content; no personal information is shared with this provider.

4. Data Retention

We retain account and subscription information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for legal, tax, or dispute-resolution purposes.

5. Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the email below.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the "Manage subscription" link in your account.
You may stop receiving the daily picks email using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of those emails, while keeping your subscription active.
You may delete your account at any time from Account → Delete account, on the website or in the app. This cancels any active subscription immediately and permanently removes your login and subscription record from our systems. Our payment processor, Stripe, may keep records of past payments as required by law. You can also email us to request deletion.

6. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

7. Data Security

We rely on industry-standard security practices provided by our infrastructure partners (Supabase, Stripe, Vercel). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
